Hart Realty Advisers specializes in the development, acquisition, and management of domestic private equity, core, value-added, and opportunistic real estate. The investment opportunities are tailored for corporate and public pension plans, foundations, and endowment funds matching their unique risk and diversification requirements with marketplace opportunities.
Our experience extends to all major types of commercial real estate, but we believe we offer greater retail experience than most investment managers. We have years of experience and have developed tremendous relationships through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the largest retail trade organization in the United States with over 50,000 members. The founder of our company was a Trustee of ICSC for many years, which leads to many investments acquired off market. Overtime, these relationships have transferred to Hart senior staff.

Serving the Interest of Investors
Hart focuses on minimizing conflicts of interest and controlling fixed costs. When appropriate, we will form joint ventures with experienced developers and operators to execute complex strategies. Hart will also engage seasoned property management and leasing firms to assist in the operations and value creation of an asset.
